This half term, Year 2 have been learning all about Africa and what life is like there. We have researched traditional African clothes and fabrics and discussed how these could have been made using natural dyes.

We then used natural dyes such as coffee, spinach, raspberries, turmeric, saffron, blackberries and beetroot to create dyed fabric squares.
