As part of our DT topic for this half term, we have been designing and making fruit kebabs. 

We began by researching different fruits, we then went to our local Asda store to find out what fruit was available and where it came from. 

We then had a visit from our local community champion from Asda, who came to school with lots of different fruits for us to use to create our fruit kebabs. 

"The best part was eating it, I loved all the fruit."

"I tried passionfruit, it was slimy and I didn't like it."

"The strawberries were so nice."

"I tried a plum for the first time, it was so nice and it was grown in England."
