The Three Little Pigs

Nursery have explored the story of the Three Little Pigs. They began by making predictions based on objects in their curiosity cube. Using small world play they were able to act out the story remembering key phrases "Little pig let me come in" and "I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!"

Nursery visited the immersion room to experience interacting with the story- they had to help the pigs to build their houses and stay safe from the Big Bad Wolf! 

Nursery continued to explore the story by painting characters from the book, developing their building skills with sand and building blocks, counting using pigs and investigating different materials.
