Year 3 Stained Glass Art
Year 3 have been lucky to work with a local artist, Sarah. Inspired by the different religions of our pupils and the stained glass we can see at our church, Year 3 began a project to create our own stained glass windows to be displayed around the school.
They began by researching different symbols which are important to the six world religions. These were then applied to large perspex sheets, which the children then painted with special glass paints. Their designs will look beautiful in the summer sunshine.
