Nursery's local visit to Halesowen Library

As part of our topic 'Once Upon a Story' Nursery were so excited to visit Halesowen Library (in the Cornbow shopping centre) for a story time session. 

The children were all so well behaved during the session and whilst walking over to the library. The children liked exploring our local area and enjoyed spotting different shops, transport and wildlife, especially the squirrels climbing the tall trees.  

Once at the Library the children really enjoyed meeting the librarians, listening to a story 'The smartest Giant in Town by Julia Donaldson' and exploring some of the books the library had to offer.

We were so pleased to see so many children wanting to take books home and as a result many families signed up to join the Library. We hope that you continue to use your local library to borrow many more books in the future.
