D-Day 80th Anniversary

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings, Halesowen C E  worked on a  collaborative project with Reverend Hazel at St John's church. The children learnt about the work of the Royal British Legion in supporting soldiers and their families. Children wrote prayers of thanks, letters of appreciation and created art work using the poppy motif.
