Cricket Coaching from WCCC

This year we have been lucky to have coach Jamie from Worcestershire County Cricket Club come to work with children from Year 3 and 4 as part of their All Stars cricket programme. Each week the children have been learning and developing a different skill needed for the game: fielding, batting, bowling, team work and tactics. The children have really enjoyed the fun and friendly competitions. 

We have also seen members of Year 5 and 6 represent the school at at Cricket Compete event, held at Stourbridge Cricket club. The children showed great enthusiasm, team work and resilience. We're very proud to have them represent our school.
